Open our Online Reception and select the Digital Headache Check under "Forms".
2. Complete the Digital Headache Check (approx. 5 minutes)
Answer questions about your headaches, previous treatments, and your current situation.
3. Medical Assessment Within 72 Hours
An experienced headache specialist will review your information and assess your need for further treatment.
4. Planning Your Care Together
If appropriate, you will receive an appointment offer for a Migraine Navigator consultation, either in person or via video consultation.
